  • Building Managers are available to attend to emergencies 24 hours a day.

  • Implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.

  • Manage defects to all common property.

  • Promoting and implementing a proactive Health, Safety and Environment culture to ensure the safe being of residents, tenants, guests and contractors.

  • Provide detailed monthly reports to the Executive Committee relating to all building issues.

  • Assist residents moving in or out.

  • Seek to negotiate contracts for best practice and competitive pricing. 

  • Building Managers are available to meet with Executive Committee and any sub Committees to discuss building issues in between scheduled meetings at mutually convenient times.
